In order to provide some information about Croatia real estate, we have created this website, to hopefully give you some basic information on how to go about purchasing a property in Croatia.

This site was established in September 2008, providing information for over 3 years now.

Owing to Croatia's appeal as a tourist destination, with its 1200+ islands, the real estate in Croatia is attracting not only European buyers, but also property buyers from other parts of the world.

As of February 2009 any foreigners can now purchase a property in Croatia, without having to set up an IBC (International Business Company), as it used to be the case.
